Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Is there a minimum quantity that I must order? There is a minimum quantity order of 10 tags or cuff bracelets per mascot, logo or text design.

 

  • Can I order different colors of the same tag without having to enter the same information again? Yes, when ordering online, please select one of the colors, enter the total quantity for that same design and specify the exact colors and quantities in the special comments section at the bottom of the ordering page. (Ex. Order 400 Red dog tags; Special comments:  200 Red, 100 Blue and 100 Green)

 

  • Does the dog tag include an attachment, like a chain or ring? Each item is sold and priced separately. Order attachments here.

 

  • Can I submit my own custom art? Yes. Please email your black and white artwork in eps format. Do not fax artwork. There is a $25.00 set-up fee for each piece of artwork submitted. Please see the custom artwork page here.

 

  • Is there a charge for using one of your logos or mascots? Our stock logos and mascots can be used for free. If you don't see something you like on our website, please call or email us. It is possible that we have something different that we could fax or email you.

 

  • Can I get my dog tag engraved on the reverse side? The reverse side of the tag can be engraved for an additional charge of $0.28 per tag. Click here.

 

  • What color will the engraving be? All tags have white imprint.

 

  • Do the bracelets come in different sizes? Cuff bracelets come in only one size - one size fits most. They can be slighty adjusted by the wearer.

 

  • What payment methods are available? We accept credit card payments, school purchase orders, and on account for school organizations.  

 

  • How do I pay using a purchase order? During the checkout process you will be able to click on Purchase Order as your payment option and a box will appear to enter your Purchase Order Number. Orders will not be processed until the PO is received. Please fax or email your Purchase Order to us as soon as your order is completed.  Fax: 903-569-0590  email:  info(at)summitdogtags.com   If you are paying on account, please choose Purchase Order and enter ON ACCOUNT in the Purchase Order Number box.

 

  • How long will it take to receive my order? When placing your order, please allow 14 business days for production, and 3-5 business days for shipping.

 

  • What if I am having trouble ordering online? Please call us at 903-569-0590 and we will do our best to help you. Or you can fax your order to 903-569-0690 or email to info(at)summitdogtags.com.

 

  • Can I reorder my tags online if I have been a customer for years? To reorder, you will need to log in to your account and go to My Account. Click on the Reorder link beside the order you wish to reproduce. Please check that all information is correct (ex. dates, quantity or color may need to be changed).  Update the cart and Check Out. Orders that are faxed or mailed in will not be available online for reordering.

 

  • Why did I receive my invoice, but not my order? The invoice is mailed on the same day your order is shipped via UPS. Sometimes both items do not arrive on the same day.

 

  • What do I do if there is a problem with my order? When you receive your shipment, always check your items immediately for any errors. Any problems need to be reported to our customer service department at 903-569-0590 within 14 business days after you receive your order. We will discuss the problem with you and tell you what steps will be taken to correct the errors.
